THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS ISSUED A GALE
WATCH...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM FRIDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH SATURDAY
AFTERNOON.

* WINDS...NORTHEAST WINDS OF 20 TO 30 KNOTS ARE EXPECTED TO
PERSIST THROUGH TODAY THEN BEGIN TO INCREASE TONIGHT. NORTHEAST
GALES TO 35 KNOTS WILL LIKELY BE REACHED BETWEEN FRIDAY AND
SATURDAY. WINDS WILL THEN DIMINISH SUNDAY NIGHT.

* WAVES/SEAS...WAVES OF 5 TO 8 FEET WILL OCCUR TODAY...BUT
INCREASE GOING THROUGH FRIDAY. WAVES MAY REACH AS HIGH AS 10
FEET FRIDAY AND FRIDAY NIGHT. CONDITIONS WILL REMAIN HAZARDOUS
TO SMALL CRAFT THROUGH SUNDAY NIGHT.
