I headed up to the mountains last Friday morning to blow the leaves and mow the grass one last time at the cabin. Saturday morning I was going out to sit on the front porch, my favorite place to have the first cup of coffee and listen to the flock of turkeys that live across the road..........whoa! The first snow of the season fell overnight.

I left to come back to town that afternoon, Sunday morning we made the Weather Channel, they got 7" of snow Saturday night (not predicted).
