Yeah, I am north on Whidbey Island... and I have indeed noticed the differences in forecast temps (reported from Seattle) verses here. We get less rain, and the temps tend to be a bit warmer... weather seems to be a bit less extreme here than further south.

I have family in the Portland area, and they tend to report lots more rain, and colder colds and hotter highs. They reported a peak temp yesterday in the low '80s... we barely broke 68 here.

My boat is up in Anacortes right now... and I see few other sailboats being pulled for winter.
