I'm just curious -- what does that transport cost? I can understand wanting to have the boat in your backyard, but does it save anything compared with hauling and storing in a boatyard? My winter storage is about $2200 for a 39 foot boat which includes hauling, powerwash, storage on a paved lot and launch. (I also tip each of the yard guys who do the work.)
