That's a great deal you have. I'd love to keep my boat at my house but it's just not going to happen with my driveway situation. I get a lot of people who come by to swap stories and ask about my boat (mostly I get "How fast does it go?") but I have to take the tools I need and have limited time there, so I try to be friendly and still get my work done. My boatyard is strictly a winter affair -- I own my mooring and use a town dock for the dinghy.
