I don't get why yoiu are using those screws that stand out..why not pan head/yoiu know the tapper kind that could sit flush with the wood?? with a small counter sink?

  - I asked the same question... here is the answer.
    - Right, except no screws go back in. No screws in this deck, anywhere. All held with epoxy.
      - Don't want to dull the chain saw when you take it apart?? (grin..)
      - So just bungs?
  - Sure, RB. The screws are there only to clamp the decking down in epoxy.
    - Got it.
    - COWABONGA..OR IS IT COWABUNGA.. looks great. Any one remember Howdy Doody???
      - I get your pun,...I've finished my decking. Now I just need to bore out, another,... 120 or so bungs
