My 14 year old Raymarine Died last time out. I've decided to replace it with Garmin Gear....I have a Garmin 7215 chartplotter on board now. I'm replacing the Raymarine with the 424 XHD2 4 foot open array. I don't imagine that many sailors have the open array, but that's where I'm going. Anyone have any experience with this unit? Or Garmin Radar in general?
