We plan to leave Ipswich mid-April and sail to Amsterdam and environs, and find a place to leave the boat while we fly back for an early June wedding. Then Kiel Canal, Stockholm, Denmark, and then So Norway to reset VAT.

We are tentatively planning to spend next winter near Amsterdam, planning enough trips abroad to work around Shengen (some friends don't think the Netherlands pay much attention to cruisers, but ...). Wintering in Portugal is a possible backup, and a friend currently there told us that for $90 you can extend for an extra 90 days.
