It is less her shoulder than my desire to try something new. If we lived in Maine we would rethink this. Sailing in Maine is awesome! Not two boats awesome though...
We will do some different things with the tug. We definitely want to see the ICW and do the Great Circle...
I'm sure we will love the tug. We will be on the water after all!
Back to her new shoulder, her doctor warned her that she will likely outlive the replacement. Yes she has this entire procedure to look forward to again in 15 years or so. She lives an active lifestyle and does not desire to stop moving. I'm sure she will heal up just fine and we could certainly still sail. Just not this year! I've taken the lull as a sign that it is time to move on...
