I made the mistake of using an RV holding tank deodorizer one season. By the end of the year the joker valve on my Raritan had distorted to the point of not being able to flush. When I took it out it was quite deformed and I could smell the deodorizer that had saturated it. It could just be that something is stuck in the valve preventing it from closing.
