My iphone shows a marker there - 'Rocks" - which I take to be a smaller warning buoy(white maybe)?
On the screen, it looks like the rocks are close to, or breaking past the straight line between the greens.
Rocks like that are easy at low tide - you can see them. High tide, you have to be piloting.
