Yep- In one marina I was in in Florida, there was a boat

had some pressure mats in the cockpit area and when stepped on, a tape started playing. From a loud speaker up at the spreader. Spreader lights flashing also. It was a loop and said, LOUDLY-

"help,, help vessel so and so and so in slip so and so is being robbed" Over and over
