There is a setting for heat but the unit only works when we are plugged into shorepower. We haven't tried it. We could, I suppose, bring the generator, but I think 3 season cruising is more likely. Plan right now is to haul sometime in November and relaunch sometime in April depending on the weather and the boatyard schedule. They are trailerable but it would take a bigger truck (and a trailer.)
