Very much disagree. Had 2 strokes on same boat.

at cruise used to have to yell to converse. Now can speak in normal tones. Of course my engine lives in well, which I'm sure makes a difference. Can even listen to music. Must say though, I get hull speed at the ."start" setting on the throttle. Never run WOT. Half throttle gives 5.6 , wot gives 6.1. Not worth it
