I've been trying to load the Farne Islands video, as that is an incredible place, but apparently our wifi isn't strong enough at the moment. Though the East Coast of the U.K. isn't known for great cruising, there are some interesting places and it sounds like this guy knows them all. Thanks for the link.
We just arrived at our wintering port of Hoorn, an old historic Dutch town where we look up at the defensive tower featured in murals of the 1573 Battle of Zeider Zee. The expedition that discovered and named Cape Horn sailed through the same lock as you do today to enter the town harbor. It feels like you're sailing in a history book. I tried to post a pic for Wednesday but no luck, I'll try another time.
Best regards,
Max
