    • Actually the requirement is Canada wide.
  • I have the USSailing 3-pack
    • Generally the states have reciprocal agreements
    • Actually MD only requires it if you were born on or after July 1, 1972
  • yes, required in Oregon, I have one.
    • My Unlimited, Any Oceans, Any Tonnage USCG License
