know how you guys do it. The cold, I mean. My daughter moved to "Shingletown" at foot of Mount Lassen in Northern Calif. so I've been up here for two weeks. I'm sitting in front of a "Lasco, Motion Heat Plus" ceramic 1500 watt floor heater in my sweat pants (that I previously used as my foul weather gear on Brendon in Mexico). I've been sleeping in my "North Face" sub zero mummy bag with only moderate success. I bought the bag years ago so that I could sleep at my sons house in Eureka where he went to collage and finely settled. Boy, am I glad I kept the bag! I guess I'm rambling or maybe it studdering from the cold? Anyway, I congratulate you hearty souls for your fortitude and wish you the very best Merry Christmas. I'll be up here for another week then it's off, over the mountains to Eureka where it's not only cold, it's wet as well. I'll attempt to spend a week dodging falling Redwoods while visiting my son and his family. Then it's back to San Diego if the block hasn't frozen in my truck. Again, Marry Christmas to all and a happy new year from the crew of S/V Brendon. Keep those beautiful pictures coming.
