always, and just leave the doors open
I can work in the wood shop in up to 100 degrees with no problem, as long as the air is moving. Means ya have to be FAST when using epoxy 
All in what you are acclimated to
By the way, I DETEST cold I don't even begin wearing shorts til it get close to 80- jeans before that
