it used to be drunks were the chief cause of all this. If we went to a bad accident and didnt find a drunk we'd keep looking until we found one.

Nowadays, we keep looking for the damn cell phone, as they probably cause more deaths and trauma than what the drunks ever did. Total and complete ban on cell phones, including *all* the 'hands free' types, while driving ... is my vote.
