Thanks all, I think a terminal strip and nice cover are the way I will go

Almost time to head south, its getting colder in Newport, but I still have to finish a little bilge pump plumbing and then do all the wiring, as well as the normal miscellaneous list of stuff. We plan on stopping for awhile further south to finish some interior woodwork and other non-essential details.

Interesting that the Ancor/Marinco connectors are only available in two conductor, but apparently used to be made in up to four conductor. I would need four of the two conductor ones, a terminal strip seems the easier way to go.
