Thanks to suggestions here, and from another site I figured out what I was doing wrong. Re-installing the driver showed the COM Ports in the Device Manager. Digging a little deeper in the Seaclear II tools, I was able to change the COM Port setting. Sailing is simple,computers not so much! :) Thanks again.
