They gave me the sales pitch on the phone, I asked several specific questions about using these w/Mac computer, to which they continually said "No Problem". When I got it, I could not get it to talk to my Mac, I spent at least 3 hours on the phone with their Tech guys, they couldn't get it to work either. Since then I ran a post here, as well as other forums, and discovered all sorts of folks have had problems with this antenna, and not just Mac users, and a number of folks sent the antennas back. I will also say that all sorts of folks think these are great, and have no problems. So, buyer beware ...

They did refund my money, but I had to pay the shipping cost both ways. It could have been me, it could have been the Mac ... but there's no question others have had issues too, so something is up.

I went out and got an antenna from Engenuis and it works fine.
