I'd stay away from the Jabsco... Top quality y-valves have a "barrel" inside that the handle rotates to line up the hole in it with the outbound spud. The Jabsco has a very flimsy "gate" that swings from one side to the other to block one side. I've seen a watermelon seed jam it and break the "gate"..and I've never met one that didn't leak slightly. It's easy enough to drill a hole in the handle of any y-valve to run a wire tie or bicycle lock through it.
