() if I leave the overboard discharge open, which I rarely do if moving (but always do when anchored, Bahamas), pressure will force water past the Whale valve. Which I guess is a good thing as I'd rather have that than past the Joker. But the problem is waste from the Head leaks past the Whale as well going the other way.
