I'm curious how old you are and how many boats you've owned over the years. Sailboats are IMHO a wonderful addiction. Some folks enjoying buying old ones and completely restoring them and then selling them and buying another. I must be in that category. I love the hunt for the boat, the feeling of "I can bring her back to life". Over the last thirty years, I can remember owning:

Flying Dutchman Jr. , Several O'day Widgeons, O'day Javelin, Penquin, McVay Minuet, Spindrift 10, Sunfish, Seafarer 23, Tartan 27, Tartan 30, Pearson Coaster 30, Irwin 38 (CCA model), Oday 40, Gulfstar 43 (current boat)

I just hope I don't ever win the Powerball or I'll be looking for old Alden, wooden schooners (75' to 110') to redo.
