I don't know about the other units, but mine works fine with low or high power.

() My problem with the rail is that I want to get the advantage of the distance that having the antenna a 74' or so above the waterline.
It's really a line-of-sight issue...
The splitter seems to work fine. My thoughts, if you want a spare antenna -- get one to hook-up
