I imagine there would have to be a reporting station in the area

maybe it just chooses not to go on such a public website -- lots of very sensitive "assets" in those waters.
One thing I did notice on the couple of areas I looked at -- Antigua, St. Martin, etc. there were an awful lot of stationary yachts. Don't we turn these things off when we're parked?
