...perhaps just an assumption on my part, though... as always, it would help to know a bit more about the intended use of a boat being inquired about... (grin)
Obviously, that interior has some serious drawbacks for anyone contemplating a lot of offshore passagemaking... by the same token, placing the primary sleeping cabin aft has problems for someone who's gonna be cruising a place like the Chesapeake in summertime, where adequately ventilating a quarter cabin could prove to be a real challenge...
