Yesterday afternoon, we had a very large super-cell thunderstorm pass through the Kansas City area. I had just driven my truck into my garage at my home at Weatherby Lake, when the hail started to fall.

Link below is several short segments that I shot with my iPhone. Noise of the hail hitting the roof of the deck was very loud.

It is not that the hail stones were so large - but it seemed to go on for minutes and minutes - with different sizes of hail.
