living aboard in the winter here, though that is a far cry from wintering over where it's frozen. Still, I like the contrast...I'd go nuts if I had to spend my life in tropics, winters included. A bit of discomfort isn't a bad thing...it just "is".

Nevertheless, I wouldn't object to a winter in the Bahamas!
