() On Teacher's Pet III, we went with 30" life lines with a s/s tubing on top. while we have jack lines on the deck, seldom use them. with these we have aq second s/s coated wire about normal life line height. Tie a few sail stops to it forward before lowering a sail and you have a perfect temporary place to get it out of the way. we have no roller reefing on either of our Fore Stays. guess I'm too old fashioned.

Oh it looks like shortly TP III will have a new home and owner. I'll just keep our windjammer 21, First Born, do not plan on any long distance cruising in the future. Just to the Bahama's and I've done that in F.B. before.
