To be sure, Apple and Steve Jobs are control freaks.

As consumers we have two basic systems to choose from, Windows and Macintosh and, as consumers we can decide which one we wish to invest our energy time and money into. The Apple model of controlling all aspects of their products has given us as consumers some great benefits. Granted, it has restricted us a bit but I'll take the restrictions any day compared to working on the other computer platform.

I don't know what all the fuss us about. It appear that most who disagree with Apple's business approach wish they had a Macintosh that was more like a Windows machine but only regarding the features they personally like.

Yup,, I want my cake and I want to eat it also.

If you don't like Apples method of control then dump it and get a PC. Simple as that.

They sound like spoiled children.
