What proprietary music format?

All the music I have is MP3. That wiki is WAY old news. Apple DRM restrictions stopped long ago.
As far as the non-removable battery issues, that is how Apple chose to make some of their product. If you want a removable battery, don't buy a product that doesn't have one.
