On a similar boat, I used white sanitation hose (not the exact same boat so can't give you exact measurements). A full length piece over the bobstay.

Even though we used a long, nylon anchor snubber every time, the chain still sometimes "draped" across the bobstay and set up a racket in the boat (not pleasant if sleeping and probably not wonderful on the galvanizing). The sanitation hose prevented that and was perhaps a bit quieter than hard PVC. Also, I could use a smaller size because it could be squeezed into an oval shape to go over the rigging at the end of the bobstay for installation.
