A tool for boring that is sometimes handy.

The Portalign tool (IIRC) I've had for thirty years. Put an old drill motor on this one way back then and when you need a portable drill press, so to speak, it's there. In this case I had to remove a SS screw that had snapped off the head on one side, and was cut off by my sawzall on the other. I used a #12 plug cutter to make a large enough hole around it so I could get my needle nose vice grips on it for twisting it out. This was an uneven surface and a rough spot to hold it, so I clamped it as needed.
