The Portalign tool (IIRC) I've had for thirty years. Put an old drill motor on this one way back then and when you need a portable drill press, so to speak, it's there. In this case I had to remove a SS screw that had snapped off the head on one side, and was cut off by my sawzall on the other. I used a #12 plug cutter to make a large enough hole around it so I could get my needle nose vice grips on it for twisting it out. This was an uneven surface and a rough spot to hold it, so I clamped it as needed.
