Once again, I recommend it for less worrisome drilling. It has a 60* pt ground on it and you can see the "ears" are rounded, too. Acrylic is too expensive to waste a sheet or large piece because you cracked it out when the regular bit grapped and/or melted an area around a hole and likewise cracked it out. I've done it without this bit and with a regular bit with the ears rounded and I really prefer the special bit.
