Was wondering the same thing myself. If the tank is still usable, but the material it is made out of is less than suitable, what other solutions exist. I was thinking that replacing the one big tank with a couple of smaller ones might be suitable... but if there is another solution, I am all ears.

Replacing with a single SS tank would be nearly impossible, due to the location of the tank.
