I'm thinking of permanently mounting a Tri-lens Luneberg radar reflector about 6" below the radar dome. I assume there would be no interference with the radar, but before I go an drill a bunch of holes in the radar pole am I missing something?

I like the idea of a permanently mounted reflector in a compact smooth housing, rather than the Davis that I haul out from time to time, and the Luneberg seems to have good performance.
