The radiation from your radar antenna goes pretty much sideways from the side of the antenna itself, so putting the reflector above or below it is not likely to cause any problems.

Since my radar is located on the mast, I am more inclined to mount the reflector up there, also near the antenna. The Tri-lens is smaller than my radar antenna, so highly unlikely to catch anything that doesn't interfere with the radar now.
