We have 260 watts of solar installed and another 130 on the way. That should go a long way toward meeting our needs for the Sea of Cortez without worrying every time we open the fridge or boot a computer.
I cut away the bottom of a trim panel inboard of the fridge yesterday and used iPhone video to survey the area around the fridge. I may need the help of an obstetrician or arthroscopic surgeon, but I'm hoping to get rigid board pieces up into the spaces fore and aft of the fridge as well as underneath. Then I'll get some poured foam into the area between fridge and hull. It will not be a fun week.
Any suggestions on a good adhesive for filling space when placing the foam board? I'm hoping that the stuff will bond fairly quickly but left me shift the pieces into place for a few minutes.
