Just wondering, as I do still race...

Just wondering how one can watch such a race... as they usually take place off shore, are usually windward/leeward races, and from any sort of distance, it is hard to tell what the heck is going on.

I do see spectator boats out there from time to time... watching boats round the upwind mark can be quite exciting as they raise their chutes... but that is only one portion of the race.

Just wondering. And FYI... even in the race, sometimes we're not sure what is going on. GRIN.
