One good part of 'commute cruising'

You only have to keep enough expendables along until you leave the boat. Once you're home you just load up the bags with enough for the next time. All your personal stuff is already on the boat so you can travel with an overnight bag. We always return with more backup spare parts and generator and engine oil and fuel filters. It's amazing how much stuff is needed.

I understand that the managers of Bocas may leave. You know Chuck and Ann from Catalina. I've heard that Ann is pushing Chuck to quit being managers of Bocas Marina. The rumor is that Ann wants to cruise again. She's been telling him that they left California to cruise and all they do is watch other cruisers come and go. She wants to go. Chuck wants to stay.

I think Ann will win the argument but Chuck will talk her into one more year.
