West Okoboji is often considered to be one of three blue water lakes in the world. The other two are Lake Geneva in Switzerland and Lake Louise in Canada.

It's about 7 miles long and 2 miles wide - average depth is around 30 feet, with a max depth of 134.

Quite a number of these classic runabouts on the lake. We were there for a visit of my family and some friends during weekdays, and went to Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner on their 23 foot Crownline. On weekends, the lake gets very busy with boat traffic.
