It always amazes me when I see trawlers and other similar large displacement type boats with loose furniture on deck and down below... no matter how big your boat, the sea is bigger, and it moves.

Secure for sea. Close valves, doors and hatches, and tie down or secure anything that is not otherwise bolted down... even the smallest object can become a missile.
