I understand it's completely legal if you're in the water when you do it.

() This is a dumb subject but anyone know if that's correct? If you're in the water when you let loose it's ok. You just can't put it in the water.
Even if it is illegal I don't think I'll jump in the water at 3AM instead of walking to the head. This is more information than anyone want's I'm sure.
