So, why not growth through better quality of life?

Seems to me that if we stop adding more people to the worlds population, the economic concepts would change and technology would work things out. In the near future (75 to 100 years) everyone would start having more stuff, and a better quality of life. Starvation and lack of toilets would be a thing of the past.

A utopian world. It just takes stopping the increasing human population and letting technology and civilization work it out.

At least that's my take on it. Really don't care as I have my piece of the pie. My kid and his children can figure it out, or not.
