First they say only oil the bearings and then they put grease on the inside of the drum where it rotates on the bearings.

More surprising is how little grease they use - I use a lot more.

Also they say (and show) nothing about cleaning out the old grease. Grease is sticky and therefore holds dirt (abrasive). The old grease needs to be completely removed - not every year but at least every two or three years.
