We left Osprey Marina and headed for Georgetown, South Carolina yesterday. The trip down the Waccamaw River is purported to be one of the most scenic portions of the ICW. Yes, it is.

Spring is arriving in SC. Many of the trees are budding, flowers are springing up, and the tulip trees are blooming. The temps are up into the 60s and 70s every day here.

Today we head for Charleston SC to spend a few days, and then on to Savannah GA and St. Augustine FL.

For all you people reading this in your cubicle... cruising sucks. I'd much rather be working. Forget about all your dreams of sailing off into the sunset. It's not what it's cracked up to be. Keep on earning a paycheck and paying into social security.
