it just concerned hurricanes and boaters - but I don't recall its name. Was published in the 80s, I think. Paperback. I recall that the person who wrote the book was a professional writer - mostly of fiction. Very well written and lots of pics. I recall that one of his suggestions was to put VERY heavy sentinels on dock lines (such as using old diving tanks filled with lead!). Another was to have a TRAILER on land just filled with huricane preparedness gear.
