If you set it up properly. If you set it up as a staysail schooner it will be quite easy to sail. That said, putting sails on and taking them off will be a fair amount of work compared to a smaller boat, but will be doable if you take your time.
I can singlehand my 36' ketch very easily. Rigging and derigging the boat is a bit of work, particularly lugging the genoa around, but nothing a normal can't do.
As others mentioned the loads will be bigger than on a smaller boat, but the winches will also be bigger, so the actual cranking force will be about the same.
The biggest thing is getting the boat set up properly for short handed sailing. It will likely take you a season to get the boat right, but once you do it will be easy to sail
